I've chosen coaching and consulting as a capstone for the remainder of my career. I love helping others figure out and then achieve their goals. My HR background has provided much insight into what can go right and wrong in talent management.

I am extremely motivated and honored to play a part in your own or your team’s success, whether it is leading others for the first time, learning new and better ways to effectively interact with others at work. Through coaching or consulting, we'll figure it out together and have fun along the way.
