Executive Coaching and Consulting Overview
As a coach, I help executives and leaders improve their people management competencies or help them prepare for transitions for a new role, team, or career change. As a consultant, I focus on the people management aspects of human resources such as 360 feedback for CEOs and senior leaders, staff planning, and designing practices and policies to match the desired culture.
My approach to coaching comes from a natural curiosity and optimism about everyone's ability to succeed. I am certified through both Northwestern University and the Hudson Institute of Coaching. We all have a story and are driven by our own distinct values and motivators. My role as a coach is to listen and support clients through a process of discovery, planning and implementing sustainable change. In consulting, I draw from 25+ years in human resources and executive recruiting. One has never “seen it all”, but I’ve seen and learned a lot. Romberg Associates is a 1-person shop, but when the assignment requires more people, I team up with other qualified coaches and consultants. Services range from a 1-time spot coaching session up through long-term engagements for recruiting or staff development. Contracts are flexible based on your need and my capacity.
